    Creating Albums in the Gallery

We will use a four-step "wizard" to walk you through the process.
It is self-explanatory, but there are confusing steps that seem to cause problems.
This method illustrates how to do this on a Windows PC. In Mac and other devices will be similar.
Photo Gallery Steps Albums Choose Album Members Upload Images Farming Add Image Information Trucks First, navigate to the Gallery and click the Add Images button.

This will bring up the "wizard" and allow you to choose the Category where the album will be located.
In this case, I'm creating a personal album of Seasons trees in Farming Simulator , so I will choose the Member Album category.

This will open a dialogue that let's you create and describe the Album.
Note: The options on the right side of the screen to choose existing Album would only be used if you wanted to add more pictures to an existing Album.

Once you have described the Album, click the button to Create The New Album.
The album will be created, and the next step allows you to add your pictures. Just like the text editor, you can either drag and drop them into the photo area or you can click the Choose Files button.

I personally prefer to choose files and will pops a window and let's me browse my computer and select the files that I want to put in the album.
In Windows, I can hold down the CTRL key and click on each of the pictures I want to add, and they are added to the list on the bottom to upload. If I wanted to upload all of them, I could have held down the SHIFT key, and clicked on the first and last picture, and it would have selected those, plus all the pictures in between.
Once I have selected the pictures I want, click the Open button in Windows.

This Windows dialogue will disappear, and the uploading process will begin.  Wait until each photo appears in the window, showing the file name, the size, and the word Done underneath it.
CAUTION:  If you do not wait until this process is complete for all pictures, those pictures will not be uploaded and included in the album.

Once all the photos appear, click the Continue button.
The "wizard" will then allow you to describe each photo that you've uploaded.

Use the filmstrip on the left to navigate up and down through the list of pictures.  When you click on a picture, a dialogue will let you describe each one.  Note that this is optional -- you do not have to add a description unless you want.  You can also come back later, edit the Album, and add descriptions if you'd like.
CAUTION: Do NOT use the description area to upload more pictures. (Again, the interface for this step will likely be changing to avoid confusion.)
We strongly recommend that you click the option in the lower left to Notify me of comments on these images.  That way, you will get a notification in the area next to your user name in the top right corner, and you can readily come back, review the comment, and reply if you'd like.
Once you have described ALL of the photos that you choose to, click the Finish editing images button in the bottom right corner.

Remember: Descriptions are optional, but if you don't do it now, you can edit the album to add descriptions later.
You'll see a progress screen, as the photos are processed and added to the Gallery.  The Gallery automatically reads the camera and photo information stored with each picture, so it takes a few moments to process.

Once the processing is finished, the new Album will be displayed.  There's only one optional step remaining - to choose the photo that you want to show as the Album's cover.  (If you don't choose, the computer will... )
If you don't want to select a photo for the Album Cover -- you're done!
If you want to select a photo for the Album Cover, click on the photo that you want to show up as the Album Cover.

That picture will be displayed  Click the Set As in the top right corner and a drop-down menu will appear. Select Album cover.
You're done! At the end, you will get configured like this image:

Remember: You can also add a note to the image if you want to highlight any detail for the observer.
Enjoy making your Album collections and sharing with the community
