No idea what most of this means

Recommended Posts

So last week when I was doing the SV live stream of EP 40 Prom send this to me.  No idea how to add pc-sg.uk as an allowed streamer.  I looked all over my youtube settings and see nothing about a third party streamer permissions.

Figured I would tr to figure this out for the old guy farmer contest streams.

The system allows to set up venue but we need the location, latitude longitud will be good. You can see sosnovka set.

I also can link your account of twitch and youtube to the multitwitch page. But you have to send a message to wonk to authorize to stream your videos in PCSG platform. And also, you will add PC-SG.uk as allowed streamer of your chhanle in your youtube configuration. Twithch i not a problem.

In twitch we have the conversation in the page, in youtube is quite difficult.

I also recommend you to create a channel streamer topic of serenety valley where you can add inforation, tellthe history post phto albums etc. and provide info abou this stream and the history around.

Hello FarmerKlein,

PC SG is trying to have a panel with our members channel streams. You can see it at https://www.pc-sg.uk/multiyoutube/

I have also include yours.

As you can see there are four channels, yours, Grizzly bearsims,, Icelandic farmer and myself.

Three of them says a message about why is not possible to embed the video.

But you can see that mine is open. The same think happens with playlists.

Here you have a small help from YouTube that i did and works for me to be able to embed in other webs

Embed videos & playlists

You can add a YouTube video or playlist to a website or blog by embedding it.

Embed a video

  1. On a computer, go to the YouTube video that you want to embed.
  2. Under the video, click Share .
  3. Click Embed.
  4. From the box that appears, copy the HTML code.
  5. Paste the code into your blog or website HTML.

Embed a playlist

  1. Sign in to your YouTube account on a computer.
  2. On the left-hand side of the page, click Playlists.
  3. For the playlist that you want to embed, click its title.
  4. Click Share .
  5. Click Embed.
  6. From the box that appears, copy the HTML code.
  7. Paste the code into your blog or website HTML.

Manage video embedding options

When you turn on privacy-enhanced mode, YouTube won't store information about visitors on your website unless they play the video.

To make an embedded video autoplay, add "&autoplay=1" to the video's embed code immediately after the video ID (the series of letters that follows "v/").

Embedded videos that are autoplayed don't increment video views.

Example:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="
https://www.youtube.com/embed/D6Ac5JpCHmI?&autoplay=1" frameborder="0"
allowfullscreen></iframe>

To have a video start playing from a specific point, add "#t=" to a video's embed code, followed by the time at which you'd like the video to begin playing.

For example, if you want a video to start at 2 minutes and 30 seconds into the video, your embed code would look something like this:

<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/UkWd0azv3fQ#t=2m30s" width="420"></iframe>

Make captions automatically appear on an embedded video by adding "&cc_load_policy=1" to the video's embed code.

You can also choose a caption language for the embedded video. To specify the caption language for the video that you'd like to embed, just add "&cc_lang_pref=fr&cc_load_policy=1" to the video's embed code.

  • "cc_lang_pref" sets the language for the captions shown in the video.
  • 'cc_load_policy=1' turns captions on by default.
  • "fr" represents the language code for French. You can look up two-letter language codes in the ISO 639-1 standard.
If you've uploaded a video and don't want to allow others to embed your video on external sites, follow these steps:
  1. Go to your Video Manager.
  2. Go to the video that you want to turn off embedding for and click Edit.
  3. Under the video, click Advanced settings.
  4. Under "Distribution Options", untick the Allow embedding checkbox.
  5. Click Save changes.

If you want that your live stream channel is able to be embed in other websites, the you have to do the same in the Live stream configuration

I just turned on allow embedding on the stream and the play list for the challenge is set to allow embedding.  I guess we will see how it works as i plan to go live in about 3 hours.

I also did the same thing last night.  So I've set the global setting for all my content to be embedded.  So GBS should be good to go.
